Contaminant Sampling
Kai Environmental staff have conducted watershed-scale contaminant sampling projects on water (fresh and salt), sediments, soils and tissues. We are versed in using multi-probe meters, single parameter measuring equipment and conducting in-field titrations with field sampling equipment. We follow standard quality assurance measures to make sure field samples requiring laboratory analysis get to their destination on time with an intact chain of custody, and are representative of the environment from which they were sampled.
Kai Environmental staff can assist in developing petroleum product clean-up and/or monitoring plans. While we don't conduct clean-up activities, we have experience in developing State of Alaska approved plans for small projects that can be handled locally.
